About Us
Bella Mia Cafe is an Italian cafe offering authentic Italian paninis, specialty pizzas/pinsas, gelato, pastries, espresso and top shelf liquor. We meet the breakfast, lunch and dessert demands for both local businesses and residents. We will also provide top shelf liquor and explore an after-dinner experience offering various types of gelatos, pastries, alcoholic beverages, and a combination of both through alcohol infused gelatos and cocktails.
Our Vision
To bring both the sweet and savory tastes of Italy to Bayshore, our menu contains items that you would find on a menu in Italy. Our imported authentic ingredients and freshly prepared food will provide for a healthier alternative to fast food and other food establishments. Our pinsas are a Roman style specialty pizza made with a blend of soy, rice and wheat flour, all GMO-free. It is low-fat, low-calorie, and easy to digest.
Gelato
We offer the finest gelato with our recipes straight from Italy. Our gelato is healthier (i.e. less fat content) than ice cream using predominately a milk base rather than heavy cream. Gelato offers a more intense flavor because it is denser, silkier and smoother in texture offered by traditional ice cream.
